Leaves Turning Brown
My piece “Leaves Turning Brown”, was inspired by the science of the seasonal changes that occur around us throughout the year. In the fall because of the changes in the length of the daylight and changes in temperature, the leaves stop their food-making process.
The leaf chlorophyll breaks down, the green color disappears, and eventually, they turn brown fall to the ground.
My photo images in this piece were taken on a fall day just before we pushed back our clocks to get ready for the next season.
